LISW AGM 2018

We would like to thank our speakers and all those who attended our AGM and CPD Day on 25th April in Bath.  Some of the presentations are now available on our website.

At the AGM we welcomed our new Chair Sarah Jones-Morris, as well as Brodie McAllister our new Branch Representative.  The Committee look forward to working together in the coming year.

Finally…

Following the success of our recent events, we are looking to change the way we host and organise CPD and networking events.  We would like to help promote and support LISW practices, expand our network and strengthen links with local businesses.

We are looking for local SW practices who would be happy to host CPD and networking events at their premises.  We would help support these events, the CPD could be either be a presentation or workshop or site visit related to your practice work or could be an external CPD. This would then be followed by an evening networking event. The number of attendees to these events would reflect the size of space and type of event.

As ever, should you have any queries, suggestions or contributions for future newsletters, or would like to get in touch about LISW events, do let us know on mail.southwest@landscapeinstitute.org or via the social media links below.

Best wishes

LISW
